Coaching for Burn-out and Harassment Recovery
Today’s work life puts a growing number of people in a burn-out or harassment situation. Despite the high stakes involved and the percentage of people in distress, these topics are still considered taboo. Rare are the employers who have a crisis cell in place to deal with it. Individuals for their part often feel ashamed, misunderstood, they do not know whom to turn to and lose hope.
Understanding the underlying can be quite complicated for the people around you, just as it is for yourself. The signs, the words and the body language are not easy to recognise if you do not have the experience. This is why professional support can provide you with the help you need and give you space to express those mixed feelings in order for you to define a new and more suitable future for yourself.
Offering and commitment

On average each session lasts around an hour. They can finish earlier or last a bit longer if needed.
A session every one/two/three week(s) depending on your schedule and your coaching objectives.
It is good to space them appropriately to allow you to assimilate our previous session while maintaining a regular rhythm.
A total of 5-7 sessions will suit most.
This can also vary on a case by case basis and can be repeated as much as you need.
A coaching session can be held face-to-face, through Skype or over the phone.
The three can alternate depending on our respective locations, availabilities and preferences.
We will schedule every subsequent session on a rolling basis.
If you have to reschedule or cancel, I will ask you to inform me as soon as you know in order for you not to forfeit the full cost of a session.
Should your situation have changed permanently, we will discuss the best options to fit your new availabilities.
French or English, you can choose whichever language is more convenient for you to express yourself during the sessions.
The coaching relationship has to be based on trust. In this context confidentiality is of the essence and is assured at both an individual and a corporate level. My focus is on building a safe environment in which you can develop.
